Frank Body Scrub Review

Okay, so I have been saying I will be posting a review about the.....
frank body scrub
for a while now, but I wanted to make sure my skin wasn't sensitive to it and I could give you guys an accurate review. I have been using it for a little over two weeks now, a few times a week and I have had NO problems. I got it more-so just for trying it out...rather than for the benefits it claims...like being good for stretch marks and cellulite and some scarring. That said, I have not used it long enough to see "improvement" in any of those areas, but I will tell you that if you use this scrub before you shave your legs then you will have the softest legs, NEVER shave first and then apply that would just be painful haha.

I have applied it to my face as well as you can see and I have not experienced any breakouts due to the scrub, I have experienced normal hormonal break outs but nothing to attribute to the scrub, if anything it leaves my face smooth and hydrated!

I purchased the Original Scent/Scrub and I definitely want to try the coconut one. The Original scrub has an orange fragrance to it and almost chocolate scent too all combined with the yumminess of fresh brewed coffee. The packaging is actually kinda convenient, although it comes in a bag it is waterproof and easier to store than some jar or tub.

Lucky for you guys they just made shipping to North America free as this is an Australia based brand. From what I gather this is a small company that is growing considerably and have had positive results with people who have tried it so its worth a shot!

If you wanna get a better feel for the product you can check out their instagram: @frank_bod

I hope this was helpful and shed some light on a product that is getting a lot of hype right now!

Have a great day!

Frank Body Scrub

So I finally ordered my Frank Body Scrub that I have been wanting to get my hands on today. It ships from Australia so it should be here in about a week, I suppose I will have to wait.

I will be doing a review on it when I get in a week so look out for that! My husband can use it as well!

I love body scrubs, but I am sick of the sea salt scrubs or the over done citrus scrubs that remind you of every single cut or scrape you have on your body. So I am hoping this all natural coffee scrub will be my holy grail instead.

I have very sensitive skin, so I am happy about the product being all natural ingredients! 1 bag is supposed to last you about a month if you use it 1-2 days every week. It is supposed to help with acne scarring, psoriasis, stretch marks, and cellulite. I am not too concerned about anything other than acne scarring maybe...so I think my focus will be on seeing any improvement in that department.

I posted this picture on my Instagram, I ordered the original, the almond oil and orange seemed like it would smell yummy and I already have soooo many coconut scented body butters that I wanted a different scent.

Their website is Frankbody.com, if you are interested. I follow them on Instagram so I have been stalking them for a while and finally caved and made the purchase. When I find something that works well with my skin I tend to repurchase it and don't really branch out, so I am hoping I found a new fix for my body scrubs--my husband is excited to try it too, because he often gets dry skin in the winter and we are hoping this will rid us of that obnoxious itching!!!

But I Don't Feel Like it....

Yuck.....

FINALS. They're starting. It is so hard to focus on getting cozy by the fireplace and having a fifth candy cane when finals are looming over me! I only have three since a few of my classes this Fall were quad classes so that is a plus! Only two of them really matter to me anyways, another plus! Today is pretty windy and cloudy, we had some sprinkling here and there (oh ya I know crazy weather...some intense sprinkling). It gets pretty crazy here in souther California ;).

Tonight we have a work party to go to at Zack's boss's house. The lab members and mostly everyone that works with him will be there. I wish I was feeling more social! It is hard to get excited for a party when all I know I need to be doing is studying. So for now I am just studying and maybe later I will post what I wore to the party or my hair and make up! Whichever!

I already went into lab this morning to check my antibiotic plates, walked Oak, and got some laundry and cleaning done! Now I will just sit here and do some light reading ;)

Pages upon pages of cycles! Our bodies are pretty amazing!

What is everyone up to this Saturday afternoon?

Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice

Finally! I can once again fake my Starbucks Pumpkin deliciousness at home! I love when the stores start bringing in the holiday goodies!

I absolutely love the pumpkin spice creamer, I don't always put creamer in my coffee...but it is nearly impossible to resist when the pumpkin spice creamer is just sitting in my fridge. When Zack and I went to do some grocery shopping this afternoon I just had to snatch it and put it in the cart!

Most days I do not have time for breakfast in the morning as I am rushing out the door for class (mostly due to the absurd lack of parking for commuter students), but I always manage to get some coffee in...now I know my mornings are gonna be twice as cozy!

Another thing I couldn't resist picking up at the store today...

I know, I know. It's bad. I am all about the Halloween candy right now! In all fairness though, I did only have those few pieces in my hand (pic I posted on instagram) until my body started screaming, "NO MORE SUGAR!" I just love having them in a little dish around the house when I decorate for Halloween, it makes it all the more festive!

On another note, all Zack and I have been doing today has been relaxing and studying. He has been working on studying Physical Chemistry and I have been working on studying my Biochemistry and Microbiology...I have tests coming up pretty soon.

Ahhh yes, just some light reading....

What are some ways you guys have been getting ready for Fall????
I have been getting a few emails about what people want to see me post, but feel free to comment down below and let me know, or leave the link to your blog below, I would love to check yours out! I check both my email and this page!

Always love talking to you!

Happy Saturday!

Of course, the one day of the week I don't actually have to get up early I can't manage to sleep in...and my husband is managing to sleep just fine right next to me as I type this...lucky him! Haha.

I just wanted to say GOOD MORNING to everyone! HAPPY SATURDAY!

I have decided maybe it is just best to wake up, have some coffee and relax for a bit. No big plans for today other than studying, laying outside and enjoying this beautiful September day, walk the dog, you know, all that fun stuff ;)
